Excellent Stay
central location large room sphere view efficient check-in
The location was central. My room was large and offered a sphere view. I appreciated the luxury suite with its sizable sitting area. The check-in process was efficient and friendly (a great first impression).
The swimming pool was small and felt too crowded at times, something that affected my relaxation.

The room included two televisions with good selection and the beds ensured comfortable sleep. The room decoration looked nice and felt well-thought. A good selection of channels were available on both devices.

The hotel offers a large pool area with many sunbeds (more than enough) and it is an excellent place to relax. The hotel has a convenient parking garage, with easy access using the room key.

There were many restaurants to choose from, satisfying various culinary preferences. Capri restaurant provided excellent breakfast options each day. The breakfasts tasted good (especially the omelets!).

the room was well decorated with two tvs and a good selection
the hotel gave us a courtesy waiver on the resort fees because our room had a view of the roof with ac units a small swimming pool was too crowded the bathroom was dirty when we entered we called housekeeping but they did not arrive or call back

water absence elevator delays
The hotel was luxurious, but the details disappointed me. The absence of complimentary water in the room (seriously?) felt cheap. the elevator system caused frequent delays due to the card swipe requirementwith LONG lines.
