The location was central. My room was large and offered a sphere view. I appreciated the luxury suite with its sizable sitting area. The check-in process was efficient and friendly (a great first impression).
The swimming pool was small and felt too crowded at times, something that affected my relaxation.

The hotel offers a large pool area with many sunbeds (more than enough) and it is an excellent place to relax. The hotel has a convenient parking garage, with easy access using the room key.

There were many restaurants to choose from, satisfying various culinary preferences. Capri restaurant provided excellent breakfast options each day. The breakfasts tasted good (especially the omelets!).

the hotel gave us a courtesy waiver on the resort fees because our room had a view of the roof with ac units a small swimming pool was too crowded the bathroom was dirty when we entered we called housekeeping but they did not arrive or call back

i was very happy to find many things to see and do right here. security throughout the hotel was always present and attentive. i found it easy to get an uber in the designated waiting area. there was a nice variety of food choices within easy reach, which i appreciated!
